Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you have to inform us in writing within 12 hours by sending an email to support@chikangali.com mentioning in subject “Order cancellation” with order number.

If we receive your order cancellation instruction before dispatching the goods, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price excluding the transaction fee.

 This transaction fee is typically around 5% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice.

No order cancellation request will be accepted after dispatching goods

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

Incorrect/ incomplete / Post Box delivery address.

After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier company

Package refused at recipient address.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

you will be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) excluded  the transaction fee we incurred when processing your online payment only.

The original delivery charge will not be refunded. In no circumstances will you be refunded your cost of delivering the returned goods to us.

In case of minor design, colour variations as, with handcraft products, there will always be some variation between products.
